Our team of experts can guide owners with properties of any size through the regulatory maze of environmental permitting. We can help you site plan and value engineer your property to reduce wetland impacts and potential mitigation costs. From single family Environmental Resource Permits (ERP) through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to large scale development permits through State Water Management Districts, our team has the knowledge and expertise to move you forward.
Wetland determinations for single family properties are conducted according to Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) criteria. We charge a flat fee per parcel for lots up to 5 acres. Prices for larger parcels may vary. Typical completion time is a week to 10 days, but varies depending on current workload. We frequently conduct determinations on single family lots in the Golden Gate Estates (Collier County), San Carlos Estates and Lehigh Acres (Lee County), and the City of Bonita (Lee County).
