Wetland determinations are conducted according to Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) criteria. We charge a flat fees per parcel for lots up to 5 acres.  Prices for larger parcels may vary.  Typical completion time is a week to 10 days, but varies depending on current workload.

For clients already in the permitting process and the ACOE asks for a bonneted bat cavity survey. We charge a flat fee for parcels up to 3 acres. Prices for larger parcels may vary.  This survey is included in our ERP permitting price.

We charge a flat permitting fee per parcel for wetland impacts less than ½ acre.  It includes permitting through the FDEP and USACE.

• You can increase the value of a wetland parcel by acquiring wetland impact permits.  The approved permits allow the buyers to see what can be impacted and all parties are aware of the mitigation cost.
• Mitigation cost is established during the permit process and is based on wetland quality.
• Mitigation is paid to an approved offsite mitigation bank.
• Mitigation fees are not due until immediately prior to construction–the mitigation can be paid by the seller, buyer, or negotiated as part of a sale.
• Most issued permits are valid for 5 years and eligible for extensions.
• Approved permits can be easily transferred.
