Single Family Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP)

ETE will coordinate with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) to acquire Environmental Resource Permits (ERP) for the Subject Property. The ERP is a separate permit process through FDEP and the US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE). ETE will prepare the applications and environmental exhibits required for permit submittals. ETE will coordinate with the owner regarding lot layout and total amount of wetland impacts. It assumed total wetland impacts will be below 1/2 acre. Impacts over 1/2 acre may require additional review by the regulatory agencies and potentially additional consulting costs to complete.

ETE will provide responses to requests for additional information (RAI) from FDEP or ACOE staff, as necessary.

This task DOES include the required FDEP/ ACOE application fee ($320) for the submittal. This task is lump sum and payment is due prior to work commencing. CLIENT understands that permitting is a regulatory function and ETE cannot guarantee the issuance of any permit. CLIENT will be responsible for any negotiated offsite wetland mitigation as outlined in the approved permit(s).
