ETE has professional certified divers on staff who conduct Submerged Resource Surveys (SRS) for both public and private entities. Submerged resources are abundant and well protected such as sea grass, hard bottom, and a variety of fish and wildlife.  Construction activities, including but not limited to dock building, pier construction and maintenance, channel marker installation, etc. can cause harm to these resources if the proper steps are not taken.  ETE commits to thoroughly inspecting the potential area of construction in order to develop a good understanding of what is present both on the bottom and in the water column.  Utilizing GIS mapping capabilities we can provide our clients with a detailed rendering of our divers transect along with locations of any species encountered during the dive.  This allows our clients to move forward with their construction projects safely knowing these precious resources will not be impacted.
