ETE is honored to have been chosen by Collier County staff to continue our work on the Collier County Watershed Improvement Project (CCWIP).  ETE was ranked #1 out of 5 other firms for a 5 year contract that involves large scale vegetation, water level, and water quality monitoring in the Picayune Strand State Forest and Rookery Bay.

ETE has been working on the CCWIP since March of 2019, where ecologists have installed a total of 60 wells. Of these wells, selected sites can have vegetation monitoring transects and plots, while other selected well sites can be used for water quality sampling.

There is a lot of work to be done, but we’re excited to get back out there and continue our work!
