Restoration Planting Area

Earth Tech assisted a property owner with a wetland restoration today.  The project is a great example of Earth Tech’s comprehensive services that range from consulting to implementation.  ET developed the restoration plan and got it approved by regulatory staff from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).  The work today consisted of implementation of the plan which included native plantings from all 3 vegetative strata (ground cover, shrubs, and trees).  The plant species were chosen to mimic the existing adjacent wetland area.
