Date of Service:  2010 to Present

In June 2010, Earth Tech Environmental ecologists were contacted by Kensington Park to address a Collier County notice of violation due to the excessive coverage of exotics within their preserves.  ETE ecologists coordinated with the Florida Division of Forestry, South Florida Water Management District and Collier County Code Enforcement to submit a corrective action plan to enhance and restore the onsite preservation areas.   ETE ecologists were also asked to install, maintain, and monitor two surface and subsurface water level loggers, measure and analyze chloride concentrations and submit results to South Florida Water Management District in accordance with Kensington’s water use permit conditions.  ETE has also monitored dissolved oxygen and analyzed water samples collected at outfall structures to determine lake water quality throughout the community.  ETE continues to provide a variety of services to Kensington Park on an ongoing basis.
